Machine Duplication - The Unnoticed Overpowered Card?

Normal Spell Card
Activate only if you control a face-up Machine-type monster with 500 or less ATK. Send that monster to the Graveyard. Roll a six-sided die, and activate the effect corresponding to your roll:
1-2: You win the Duel.
3-4: Special Summon 1 "T. G. Hyper Librarian", 1 "Ancient Sacred Wyvern" and 1 "Red Nova Dragon" or "Shooting Star Dragon" from your Extra Deck (these Special Summons are treated as Synchro Summons). Send 5 monsters from your Deck to your Graveyard. Send 3 Synchro Monsters from your Extra Deck to the Graveyard. Draw until you have 6 cards in your hand.
5-6: Special Summon 1 Synchro Monster or 1 Exceed Monster from your Extra Deck (this Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon or Exceed Summon). Send 2 monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard.

I can't be the only one who finds it odd that a card so highly abusable never gets any attention on the list, and no decks that top run it (except Troop Dupe Scoop, many ages ago). Could this card someday be noticed for how broken it is?

Until it does, decks that can abuse this can have fun with the option to run this at 3.

Give it a try sometime.

(And, before anyone asks... Yes, I've done all of that with this card before.)

  1. Already used it :P. Came up with a strategy for SQD and a +5 using this on Tuningware, though not as easy to get off as the fish deck one you put up earlier.

  2. It's broken, but unless a deck with this card wins some big tournament, Konami won't put it on the list. It's their logic
