The Normal Summon of this card cannot be negated. Your opponent cannot activate Counter Trap Cards on the turn this card is Normal Summoned.
So it's another great TCG-exclusive card that Konami is throwing at us. We've seen a lot of them lately: Reborn Tengu, Mara of the Nordic Alfar and Psychic Shockwave are some examples. But this is something else: it counters the counters. Firstly, it's Normal Summon cannot be negated. And then, for 1 turn, you get Counter Trap immunity. This can help your big plays a lot, so that you don't need to worry about Solemns. It might take your Normal Summon, but being a Dragon, WIND, and having 1900 ATK helps a lot. The best deck to run this is possibly Divine Wind Toolbox, as you just summon this, get Counter Trap immunity for the turn, bounce it for Birdman, and get another monster.
Also worth noting that you can Summon this, then be really safe when you RFG it for REDRUM.
