When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can have your Life Points become 4000. Any effect damage you would take becomes 0. If this face-up card would be destroyed (either by battle or by card effect), you can remove from play 1 Equip Spell Card in your Graveyard instead.

So we pretty much waited 2 years to get to know that final Signer Dragon is a drug? Ok, jokes aside. Card isn't that good, but isn't too bad either. It requires you to use Power Tool Dragon, so it's pretty much usable only on Equip-based decks. However, if your Deck plays Level 1 Tuners and you have space in Extra Deck, you can try splashing this and PTD, but in my opinion, it won't go too well. Either way, free LP recovery isn't too bad. Especially in era where Solemns and various other cards requiring to pay LP are widely used. The fact that it's a Level 8 Synchro Tuner is pretty much an anime plot-device, as I can't think of good way to use it effectively. Protection is cool too, and you can for example field wipe with Dark Hole or Black Rose Dragon while keeping this on the field.

Also, it should be a cover card instead of Junk Berserker.
