Extreme Victory is out for almost 2 monts now on the OCG, and it's cover card is STILL laughable. But it also introduces the ultimate Psychic boss - Mental Over Demon. TCG name is still unknown, but it'll be along the lines of Thought Overlord Archfiend, maybe.

1 Psychic-Type Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner Psychic-Type monsters
Once per turn, you can select 1 Psychic-Type monster from your Graveyard and remove it from play. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, Special Summon as many monsters that were removed by this effect as possible.
So, at first glance, you might think that this card is too slow to summon and use it's effect properly. But that's not entirely the case, as Psychics summon this easily. It's also a nice beatstick, whose 3300 ATK pair up with Shooting Star Dragon. The art is the best part, tho. Note that if it's sent to the Grave from the field by any means, the effect still activate. Still not as good as it should've been, but a nice boos for the new style of Psychics.
