Useless. Pointless. Toilet paper. How many of those words come to your mind when you see this? Probably all of them and smoe more. But you can't go more wrong. This card has amazing potential, and is actually good. Want a proof? By the Order of Emperor. Using it, you can negate this card's effect which would activate on Normal Summon, AND draw a card in addition. So, you have Special Summon negation and get to draw a card each time someone Normal Summons. Still not that good? You will change your mind later, when you will see a deck based around this.
