Reborn Tengu is a Level 4 WIND Attribute Beast-Warrior with 1700 ATK and 600 DEF. It's effect is:
When this card is removed from the field, Special Summon 1 "Reborn Tengu" from your Deck.

Remember what I said about Unknown Synchron being splashable?

The deck focuses on gaining loads of card advantage. Using Birdman to return a WIND Monster when you have Divine Wind of Mist Valley makes you gain a card. If the card you chose to gain was Genex Blastfan, the fun continues with even more power. It lets you add Birdman to your hand. This powerful combo is just one of many that this deck has. If you return Reborn Tengu to your hand with Birdman, you've now gained 3 cards from one simple play. Tributing Tengu for Raiza becomes an amazing way of gaining more advantage. You can gain a total of 4 cards from this play alone. Tribute Tengu for Raiza. Gain a Tengu and your opponent loses one card. Return Tengu for Birdman. Another Tengu is Special Summoned. Divine Wind Special Summons Blastfan. A Birdman is added to your hand. This is just one of the godly plays the deck has. Zephyros is a pseudo-Birdman and sets off Divine Wind easily.

Another amazing play involves Vindikite R-Genex. Summon Vortex the Whirlwind through any means (Unknown Synchron and Glow-up Bulb will help). Now get out Birdman. Divine Wind of Mist Valley does stuff and you Synchro for Vindikite R-Genex. Now you get plusses every time you destroy something in battle. Not enough for you? Mist Valley Falcon returns cards to and has a nice 2000 attack power. Imagine this: Summon a WIND Monster and Mist Valley Falcon. Attack with the WIND guy then Falcon. Falcon returns the WIND guy and you get another monster to attack with. Falcon can also bounce Divine Wind for it to be re-used or just to protect it from a topdecked MST.

Still not good enough for you? Fortune Lady Wind becomes a re-usable pseudo-Mystical Space Typhoon and Raiza becomes re-usable as well. Genex Power Planner becomes re-usable, but won't give plusses when bounced to the hand. However, this downside is okay if you have 2 cards to bounce it in one turn since Divine Wind is a once per turn card. Sangan can search for most of what you'll need. Spore becomes a Level one and Level two Tuner because of Glow-up Bulb.

Try the deck and see if you can invent your own plays.

  1. More Wind stuff! Dodger Dragon and Garudos' Quill Pen could be great additions.
