Negate the activation of the effect of an Effect Monster that activates in the hand or Graveyard, and remove it from play.
Pretty good side-deck card. Negates Veiler, Bulb, Spore, Dandylion, D.D. Crow and plethora of other stuff. Seriously, how much do I have to tell about this? Simply a good card. Will rock on Sneak Peek, with all those Lightons and Tengus running around. Oh, yes, it's usefual against Tengu too, as it will resolve either in Grave or hand.
