Hm, Salvage Monarch much? Either way, pretty versalite card in Genex Monarchs. You can reive Fishborg for Level 6, Formula for 7, and Genex Controller for Level 8. But sadly, it's pretty much the only place where it goes, as other Deck simply cannot afford the Tributes for this. Despite that fact, it's a pretty good card, and if we ever get some really splashable Tribute fooder, this might even become a staple. Also, reviving Life Stream Dragon with this is pretty much maximum trolling.
